They have been servicing our chicken salad chick location in tulsa hills since we have opened and they are in and out but extremely efficient. I worked at other concepts that they have serviced as well, no complaints whatsoever. Alex Trulove
Extremely on point with customer service. These guys are fast. When I need something it's usually off a cuff and they're quick to help me out with whatever I need as well as being being transparent with pricing and anything else that is needed.
We were quoted $350 for the service and they charged our card on file for that amount on the day of the service. 3 months later they reach out saying we never paid and sent an invoice for $550. We explained that we already paid and attached our proof of the $350 fee. They proceeded to charge our card for an additional $200 this week, almost 7 months later.
