I took my original wedding ring in with diamonds that I wanted to incorporate into it. I showed them a few pictures of what I liked and they designed the EXACT ring I wanted! They were so patient and friendly! Excellent service and outstanding quality! Highly recommend!!
I have had about 20 plus pieces done in the store, and they do an excellent job and can capture your design thoughts also.
I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Brooks. They are very discreet if need be and were fully cooperative with trying to help me find the perfect piece while keeping it in my budget. Not to mention transparent with all of their business. They are the only people I will ever go to for all of my jewelry needs. I plan on moving to NWA and have every intent of driving back or calling to Conway whenever I need to. Great people great atmosphere they worked their magic and made an amazing ring for me and my fiancée loved this one of a kind ring and it couldn't have turned out any better she said yes by the way!!!
