Brooks is an incredible place to get your jewelry done. The service and quality of their work goes above and beyond. When we were looking at engagement rings the experience we had with them was the kind of experience everyone should have when shopping for such an important and expensive item. We went to multiple jewelry shops but Brooks was the only one that stood out to us.
My entire family loves Brooks Fine Jewelry! My husband has bought some beautiful things for me there, and my son in law bought my daughter’s engagement ring there. I always have them do all of my ring cleaning, and sizing, and they do a great job! However, most recently, I took in some old jewelry to have it all reimagined. Their expertise, excellent craftsmanship, and customer service were above and beyond all I could have hoped for!
I came in today to have some rings cleaned. This was my first time to visit Brooks, and they did not disappoint. They were very friendly and accommodating. I definitely look forward to future visits and doing business with them. They have a very nice selection, and the atmosphere still provided a welcoming family owned environment.
Family owned business. They will take your old jewerly and turn into custom piece. I was impressed with work they did for me.
Jeff Brooks did a great job creating a beautiful gold cross for my wife for our 40th anniversary. He made it from the gold from my mothers wedding bands. What a great tribute to my mother and gift for my wife. Really helped make a special day even more special. Jeff is really a talented craftsman!
