I understand time is $ and it takes time to produce quality. I never once said "no" , when I was told "we're going to need a couple more days. I said I prefer quality anyways. So when my jeep was returned and I see paint/primer over spray and smears all over the interior, and trim broken. it was obvious that whoever did the work was rushed.
RecommendedWe took a very loved car that was my deceased moms to them for body work and paint job. We are very pleased with their work. We highly recommend this place.

You guys are a RIP off!!!!! Have had my daughters car for over a month and still are not done...they have lied and said they fired someone and couldnt get to it now they saying there is more damage and waiting on insurance to call them back....let's just say we called insurance guy and they have NOT found more damage and they lied!!!!!! so if your not in a hurry to get your car done go to brooks and they will lie to you for weeks just because they have already been paid!!!!!!

In response to the comment..first off we here at Brooks have never seen or met Dawn smith..The vehicle we are working on is in a different customers name? Therefore there isn't a smith or a smiths daughters car we are working on. We have never lied about anything, and while our personal business with shop employees is confidential we did have to let a guy who was employed with us go..so nobody ever lied, and especially to you, cause we have never spoke..so clearly this comment is not from first hand but from something dawn h... read more
