It was a very good experience as it has been since I started going to Webster Dental in LaGrange Park. They are very friendly, welcoming and do a great job in cleaning my teeth and giving me an exam. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dental office.
I normally HATE the dentist because, despite my many and very careful efforts, I have bad teeth and often need dental work (thanks, genetics and childhood illness). I went in today and everything from scheduling, greeting, check-in, ambiance of the office, interactions with the hygienist, and care by the doctor made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. I've been coming to WDC for several years and the staff is always friendly and professional.
Not seeing a dentist for years, I was very nervous (and embarrassed) to see one again. But, I had some issues going on and had to “bite the bullet”. I was so welcomed and put at ease by everyone and am looking forward to going back to have all my work done!
My appointment was at 2:30pm, I was taken at the exact time and I was out by 2:45. Dr Torphy is a great doctor, does what he needs to do, and is efficient as his job. Have been seeing him for many years. Would recommend.
