All four of the people I interacted with while at my appointment were wonderful. They smile, have a sense of humor, are very professional and caring. I feel that I am in good hands. Everyone knows their job well. I feel encouraged to continue to take good care of my teeth. Thank you for great service and care.
I was very anxious about this procedure. The Dr and nurse made it pretty painless. The first 18 hours were a bit tough but now things are settling down. It's all going to be fine!
This location does a great job seeing you at you appointment time (no waiting) and every hygienist and dentist I have had has been great. Their billing group works well with insurance, in my experience too.
I had a consultation with Dr. John Torphy today regarding some past dental work that needs to be completed. I felt very comfortable with the Dr. and his assistant. He took time to explain the procedures to me and made sure I understood. The office itself was very clean and comfortable. I am going to become his patient for any dental work needed now or in the future.
Webster Dental Care staff provides outstanding customer service. They are courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. Dr Perez and her assistance Carmen provided excellent patience care and offered me detailed information regarding my procedures, which allow me to make the best decision for my situation. Overall, Webster Dental Care provides a pleasant, healthy, and safe environment for their patients.
The staff did an excellent job. The dentist explained everything I need to do to keep my happy smile.
Staff was very friendly and comforting. I have a fear of the dentist and that was eased by the staff. The hygienist, Carolina, and the dentist Dr. Janice did a very good job and answered all my questions.
It was my first visit to the dentist in quite some time and I was very nervous but the entire staff made me feel at ease. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. Dr. Janus is very welcoming, experienced and professional. Bonnie, the dental hygienist, explained everything about my overall dental health. I will recommend this practice to family and friends!
