I’ve been coming to this place for a long time and have ordered here over 100 times. Yesterday, my drink was made incorrectly. When I approached customer service, instead of being helped, I was told, “What do you want me to do about it?” I was then asked to pay for another drink rather than having it remade properly. They eventually took the drink back and simply added syrup, which was disappointing and not a proper fix. I’ve always been a loyal customer, but this experience was extremely disappointing. Honesty disappointing service. They are always slow as hell they dont help eachother in there. 0 team work food is always 50/50 if it's onna be good and same with the food.
