My partner and I are insured through Delta Dental. Recently, when rescheduling an appointment, my partner was informed that our insurance had changed that we would now pay our dentist directly and be reimbursed. When I contacted Delta Dental, I was informed that this would only happen if a doctor decided to go out of network. Fantastic. Least painful dental experience I've had in years. Informative staff who explains everything in layman terms. And they care about the patient, not the $$$. 10 out of 10 will return.
