I love the environment. The staff is very friendly. My dentist did a wonderful delicate work, much better than my previous dental clinics. I feel very comfortable with the way they conduct the procedure.

Yesterday afternoon I took a terrible tumble, landing on my face (on a stone wall). Dr. El-Rafie was amazing! He was able to see me immediately (thank you, Andy, for the excellent scheduling). The entire staff served me really well and all were sympathetic and reassuring. I was a patient of Dr. Ken and LOVED him, and I never dreamed I would find another dentist with his sensitivity. Dr. El-Rafie is simply an answer to a prayer.

I visited the Brookline Progressive Dental Team yesterday for a cleaning. I have been a patient for many years but this was my first visit to the new office. The team is professional and friendly, as usual. My dental hygienist unfortunately became ill during the night but they somehow managed to find someone who could replace her in time for my 7 AM appointment, which was impressive. Best dentist I have ever been to. Professional, kind, and very thorough. I had an amazing experience. Can't recommend them enough.
