Went to the Brookline Center for group therapy for about a month and a half. It wasn't a good fit for me, but the therapeutic aspects of the center weren't an issue. What was an issue was them telling me (over a recorded voicemail) that the services would be covered by my insurance, only to later backtrack and charge me directly, as they are not actually contracted or in network with my insurance at all. They treated with respect here and not like I was crazy man lol. I wasn’t in a good place at the time 2017 and Lauren Donahue and my Threapist were always good to me. God bless them. Thank you for your services.
The Brookline Center has always been there for me. Someone alerted me to The Safety Net, and I decided to see what it was all about. I was moving, and the person said it could help with first month's rent. It/they did! The landlord expected first, last, and lock fee. It was a steep fee, but Safety Net and Maryam gave me the boost I needed. And she was so pleasant. Look into this service if you are moving. And other services at the center are top of the line.
