Every year I log onto this website to update my availability since I own several properties in Brookline. Without fail, every year, the agents this site connects me to help me get all of them rented. I get calls with feedback, suggestions, showing requests, and always with amazing clients. It's nice and easy and I start getting calls that very same day from all of their companies. I have never once had a problem with any tenants they bring me- they always pay rent on time, treat my properties well, and are thoroughly vetted.
I was having so many problems getting my unit rented. I'd gone to other companies that were only interested in getting me to sign something without really explaining it. I closely examined Brookline Pads after reading some reviews online and hoped for the best. Jasmine, who explained to me that she was a landlord relationship special, gave me help understanding rental pricing over the phone, this was SO helpful. At first I was a little overwhelmed by how many listings are on this site- apparently every rental in Brookline. It took a while for me to see every listing on the site, but by the time I called in and spoke to Jolie I knew what I wanted and communicate this to her. She really heard me and didn't ask me to compromise on any of my needs and helped me with the rental process. I highly recommend her if you're going to reach out to anyone for Brookline Apartments.
