I have been live on this property for years. the property is infested with roaches badly. No updated appliances. my stove and refrigerator are old and now infested. and let me not start on the rodents in the walls of the apartments. The bad smell that come from the sink in the bathroom when the water is running. me and my neighbors literally work together to keep the infestation of roaches out of our apartments. every year they are switching out property management and nothing is done to the apartments no type of updated wor... read more
Renaldo was quick fast and very nice even helped me understand what exactly was wrong. He made sure before he left I was happy with his work. I really appreciate him . PLUS he even went a step further and changed my filter that the regular inspection people should have changed. ( the picture is the one he removed)
