I took my 87 year old dad here after a 4 day stay in the University Hospital. Michael Nelms put a proper splint on his arm and scheduled surgery. The entire office was wonderful and the nurses were so sweet to my dad. Thanks for a good visit and hope we can do post-op with your clinic.
I was pleased until I picked up a copy of my medical record and saw that Michael Nelms, NP implied I was faking my pain (level 3) simply because I was polite, courteous and smiled towards him.
