Item listed as $699 plus taxes and set up. Paid a $300 deposit over the phone. Get there and the total is $1,100. Freight fees (item wasn’t delivered to me), doc fees, dealer prep/rigging (no kidding) fees. Oh. And the deposit was non refundable. Bait and switch tactics. Completely unethical. They’ve got their last dollar from me!
RecommendedI have been looking for a side by side for about 3 weeks now. I always support local businesses around my area but I had to drive 1 hour to get a good deal and the best customer service so far In my search for a UTV. I highly Recommend Brookhaven Powersports. Don’t hesitate to make the drive and deal with Nick and the entire staff.
