I came in for an appointment with the financial counselor Ms. Jackie and she was sharp, spot on, kind and very wholesome. As an original Grady Baby and past employee I love to see workers representing my hospital PROPER‼️ Let’s GRADY HEALTHCARE WORKERS🥰
I've only gone here to pick up prescriptions and get x-rays; I haven't seen a doctor, nurse, or nurse practitioner, so I can't evaluate that. Pretty easy process for getting prescriptions, though there might be a bit of a wait. You have to take a number from a ticket machine and wait to be called. They have a very large lobby and waiting area, so it's not like you have to stand the whole time. Ticket numbers are displayed on multiple screens; you just have to watch for yours. Overall this is a good place for me and my son. My main complaint would be the wait time that happens but you can only do so much about that. I have always had good experiences with the people who work here. Dr. Pimentel is fantastic, as well as Dr. Brenner who I've been using for many years now. Today I would like to give a shout out to Ms. K the phlebotomist on the kids floor. She was so great with my son and now according to him- she is the only one that can do that for him from now on. :) Thank you Ms. K!
