Incompetent! On hold for an hour, got both parents on the line asked for a simple antibiotic for common toddler cold. Never heard back from the nurse! A week earlier took him in and they gave him a flu shot, did nothing. Why didn’t they just write a prescription for the toddler? Amoxicillin was our request which has been around for ages! Two days later all red tape again. Same song and dance! Never got a call! He has been suffering with this cold for 2 weeks. They could care less!
I love my Doctor at Grady she and the people are nice
