I have needed a new primary care person for a while and I couldn't have made a better choice. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated with kindness, not a long wait, and never have felt rushed to leave. They take their time with you, listen to you, take the time to explain things and just a wonderful experience so far all around. Although all my news hasn't been good, glad I made the choice to go with this practice!

The new patient on-boarding experience was outstanding! Everyone involved in the process was extremely professional and friendly. I was very pleased with the question asked by everyone at hand-off: "Was there something I didn't ask or review that you want me to cover?" I am deeply appreciative of the timeliness of the appointment - I didn't wait in limbo for any care provider to see me in the office. I look forward to the next appointment.
I've been a patient here since September 2016, and so far everything has been good. My CRNP is really sweet, and she's been really awesome with helping me stay positive with all my issues. They're awesome when it comes to getting my prescriptions refilled and are timely when issuing referrals. The office is always clean and staff is friendly. I haven't had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Uptagrafft, but she has a fine group of people working for her. Overall, I'm pleased with this office.
