The staff at Innova Primary Care are the most caring and considerate that I have ever seen. I love the patient portal and ease of use, as well.
Teachers are often sick and too frequently have trouble getting into a doctor at a time that suits them best. IPC is always able to get me in within a day or two and after school. Thank You ICP!
I switched to Innova after having some terrible experiences with my previous doctor and his horrible staff. This office has some of the most caring and wonderful staff I have ever seen in a doctor office setting! They also have an awesome app that can be used to communicate with them and get real time answers, appts, etc! I can’t say enough good things about them and their new location!
Love everything about this office. The staff is great, very short wait times and never feel rushed.
