Brooke is patient, diligent, caring and will always go out of her way to help, a true professional. Coming from someone who has been her client and a realtor myself in Ca. I would always recommend Brooke if you are looking in Utah!
Brooke goes above and beyond. She is easy going yet incredibly proactive and detail oriented. I dont think I've ever felt more taken care of in a real estate transaction. She is such a pro and really fun to work with. I would give her 6 stars if I could. HiGHLY recommend!
It goes without saying that Brooke’s help with the listing, staging, showings, and coordinating all of the back and forth with the buyer’s agent was perfect! Not to mention the contacts she provided for some of the due diligence items. Brooke is extremely communicative and on top of every interaction point during the process. Could not have asked for someone better. If anyone ever asks me for a recommendation in Southern Utah, I will absolutely point them in her direction.
