This practice was exactly what we needed at the moment we needed it. They saw us quickly to diagnose an emergent issue and figure out next steps. Patient beware! This dermatology clinic has a “pre authorization form” that allows them to draft from your debit/credit/flex card without prior notice for billing costs not covered by your insurance. They mandate you sign it or pay all their fees up front and you have to go after your insurance company for reimbursement. I’m not okay with carte blanche access to my money. Poor bedside manner! She was supposed to put a referral in for Moe's surgery this was back in April called office to check on the status I was told no referral was submitted.!!!
