I have not ever written a review but I just had the worst experience with this office and absolutely feel Dr. Ballard and staff need to be called out on their total lack of competency and professionalism. I called to make an appt and the receptionist Vicki spoke to me first and took my insurance information. She told me that I would need to hold until Michelle, the appt setter's line was free. I agree. Bad service. Very unprofessional experiences with Brooke Ballard and her staff, especially Michelle.
Brooke was a wonderful doctor, extremely personable. I had been having issues with my hands for years, and she was wonderful with diagnosis and listening to/ understanding my symptoms and concerns. Her staff is extremely organized and friendly and I would highly recommend.
Very happy with Dr. Ballard and her staff. I was treated for a broken finger/hand and each visit was timely and Dr. Ballard is really sharp and has a great demeanor, something all docs should aspire to.
Dr. Ballard is very knowledgeable, took her time with me. She gave me different treatment options which I would consider.
