I was a bundle of nerves when I went to my recent appointment with your office. I was greeted with smiles from all in the office which helped calm my nerves I must say. I was having a tooth extracted and was a bit stressed. But Sarah was a ray of sunshine from the moment she took me into the exam room. The South Windsor Smiles appears to be a great place to work. The staff and Dr Norge are always smiling and are extremely friendly with each other and their patients. Dr Norge stays current with new techniques and processes. My blood pressure was taken as part of my last visit - initiated with the thought that some people see their dentist more than their PCP. My visit was very pleasant.Heather was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed meeting Kate and felt that she gave me a very thorough cleaning and is very knowledgeable in what she does. Dr Norige is very friendly and professional.

I just attended my 1st appt at South Windsor Smiles after having a terrible experience with a different dental group, and the staff at SWS were fantastic! Everyone was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. The staff took time to get to know me before starting any procedures, so that they could tailor their approach appropriately in order to make me as comfortable as possible while getting the job done. It was the best dental experience i've ever had, and so far I would recommend SWS to everyone.
When I call the receptionist is very friendly and professional. Dr. Norige is always friendly. I love going to my dentist. I always leave in a happy mood.
I saw this dentist for a second opinion and he was great and so was the staff. I will be switch to the dentist.
