I emailed Dr. Norige's office on Fourth of July with a broken tooth, as a new patient, requesting to be seen at 8AM the following morning - I was shocked and relieved when Heather emailed me back shortly after confirming the 8AM appointment. I was immediately at ease when I walked into South Windsor Smiles - the staff kind & personable - Dr. Norige didn't make me wait hours to see him (like I am used to with other dentists). Dr. Norige talked to me not only about my teeth but my health. He told me about every single tooth that had any kind of issue and showed me with a mirror. What I hoped for was to be given a plan and before I left he said he would do up a plan and discuss with me the next visit. Total overwhelmed with his knowledge and ability to explain things to me. I can say that I am a very grateful patient and so far I have only had a cleaning so very impressed.
This is my second visit and I love this dentist . its clean, professional and friendly . Best dentist I've ever gone to. They are also extremely caring in every aspect.
