Another great experience with Dr.Norige and his staff.
Before becoming a continuing patient at SWS I had anxiety about dental work, so much so I did not go to a dentist for many years, but thru the work of Deb and Dr Norige I now go every three months or so (for a gum condition) and I now only feel slight anxiety before my visits (which is normal) the staff, the helpfulness and the ease of scheduling and follow up, I especially like the email and text reminders that enable you to create schedules on your phone or laptop calendars. Went in for a dental exam and cleaning, staff was super helpful and friendly showed me around the office, talked me through what was going on and various options I had available. Great experience, will definitely be a return customer.
When I have an appointment all the people say hi. The wait time is 5 minutes or less. Dr. Norige is very kind, funny yet professional. I actually like going to the dentist. I leave happier then when I arrived. If it were not for Dr. Norige I would have lost my teeth years ago.
It had been several years since I'd seen a dentist, I was very fortunate to find South Windsor Smiles. From the minute I walked in, to the end of my checkup my experience was fantastic. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with very warm genuine smiles. Dr. Norige was awesome, he spent a lot of time with me explaining what the next steps would be. I haven't felt like this in a dentist's office in a very long time I would highly recommend this practice to whomever is looking for a dentist
For years I've been trying to find a dentist that perfect dentist......I've found it! They are so courteous and understanding. Mad it took 29 years to find it, but South Windsor Smiles has been what I've been looking for! Kayla was awesome!
