RecommendedHad the pleasure of visiting the facility twice a while back. Needless to say everything was tip top. The residents as well as the staff were very pleasant to talk to. From posts I’ve also seen there’s always lots of fun activities going there
As a volunteer I can say I would make this my home if I ever need the care that is given there
Brookdale is a great place for a family member. The staff from the Director down to the lovely lady who cleans were so kind and caring of my father!
Went to my first Alzheimer's Support Group this evening. I can't tell you how much it meant to be able to learn a bit, and just listen to some stories....I will be at the next one for sure. Thank you Shelley, and thank you to those who attended and shared. It was difficult for sure, but I gained so much.

My husband and I recently toured this facility while in search of a home for my father. We were thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness, "home-like" atmosphere and processes in place to care for the residents. We especially enjoyed meeting with Pam and the staff. Everyone was so friendly and kind. We have ultimately chosen a different town for Pop, but if Amarillo were the place, THIS would be his home!
