My husband has been in Brookdale Assisted Living on Glenview Drive for 2 months. I cannot say enough good things about everyone working there. Madison, James and Blake have been great. I have asked so many questions, and they are always glad to answer, never rush me. They are always smiling and genuinely care about everyone living there. I told them my husband would stay in his room and not participate, but they have him exercising, playing bingo and going to dining area for meals. The best thing is he is happy.
Trying to decide when it is time for a loved one to move out of the home into assisted-living or a nursing home is one of the hardest decisions a spouse has to make. I visited many different facilities when I knew it was time to move my husband because I could no longer give him needed care and keep him safe. Great facility! Associates are very caring and respectful of the residents needs. Fun activities and good food! Highly recommend this facility for your family member!
Wonderful & caring staff! I work in with many senior living facilities and this one is amazing! I would most definitely trust them with my loved one.
This facility is nasty and the med tech they have don’t help at all when there short handed she stays in the med room and the nurse Ashlee is lazy when she is supposed to be there to do the floor she stays there n her office and just complains about being there Rebecca acts nice but turns around and talks about you to every other associate about you and they will fire you over here say and not fill sorry about it after you have done your job and had no right ups no nothing and one more thing she threatens Your hours and to p... read more
