Brookdale Palestinne has a truly caring staff that has a heart to serve the residents and lives out their mission statement of "enriching the lives of those we serve with compassion, respect, excellence and integrity."
The residents are so nice. You know right off, this is their home as they walk around helping the visitors do whatever they need help with. Made us feel right at home. The home is beautiful! Even the breakroom was very nice. Great fun and participation from the staff and residents with a community activity event.
The staff are very kind and welcoming. The residents are very happy!! � Very nice place.
The Executive Director and his staff are very caring. Very clean and inviting.
