Spending a great Family Night with my Mom and her friends at Brookdale. Everyone here really cares about all the residents. It truly is one big family. My Mom came to Brookdale 15 months ago for a trial stay. Within one week, she was making plans to move in full-time. She enjoys playing bingo and gardening with her “green thumb”. Each staff member tries to keep every resident engaged and involved. I feel so at ease knowing that not only is my Mom being cared for but she is loved and has shaken the stigma of old age. Great environment. It is obvious that the people that work there really CARE for the residents. All of the people I saw, residents and staff seemed genuinely happy to be there.
The people who really care give great service! The activity director does an exceptional job getting residents involved in activities! Thank you to those who do give their best, and to all of these I give 5 stars!!
This place is really HOME! You can see it on every face in the building! I'm so blessed to have Brookdale Palestine and its residents and staff in my life!!!
