My father has been in Brookdale Assisted Living in Richland Hills for several months. The care he has received has been great. I told them when he was admitted that he would not leave his room, but they have gotten him out to eat and now he is participating in games and exercising. He had to have surgery, and we put him in rehab at a different facility. He was miserable and was not improving, so we moved him back to Brookdale. Very rude people… I called asking for any opening positions because I applied for evening server and the lady was VERY rude and unprofessional. It seemed like it bothered her that people call, when her job is to assist on the phone. THANK GOD I DID’T WORK THERE!!!
Brookdale N. Richland Hills cares for my 95 year old Aunt. She isn’t treated like a resident but as a member of the family. The staff are all caring and loving. The community is beautiful and very clean.
I have lived in several apartments and never felt as safe and cared about as I do here at Brookdale. It is a home I rent, not a place I pay to stay at.
