This hospital really needs to be shut down. My son fracture his toe 3 weeks ago. His foot doesn't look good with a damn yellowish color. We go back and the doctor didn't even touch his foot just gave him the diagnosis from 3 weeks ago on the wrong foot without any x-ray or MRI. Honestly unacceptable and disgusting how they treat people like they are animals.

I tried to get medical transcript for my kids and we are over1 month and counting. BROOKDALE Motto is A COMMUNITY FOR CARING,COMPASSION AND COMMITMENT.
The hospital does not treat the sickle cell patients with empathy. This population are treated like addicts. Brookdale says they serve community, I've been treated with more dignity at Methodist, Newyork presbytarian and Downstate hospital.
I had such a positive experience at the Urgent Care Center, my son had his first seasonal allergy attack, he was in and out in less than 1/2 hr. The staff was pleasant, detail oriented and effecient. Brookdale is now my hospital of choice. Things have really improved here. I would recommend it highly.
I have to admit years ago I would never go there. The reasons were too many. But over the last few years I have seen HUGH changes. From the staff to technology. I am very pleased.. oh lets not forget urgent care. I was there all of an hour.... in and out. Its a relief to finally feel confident in the medical service provided in my community. Thanks Brookdale.... I AM A BELIEVER!!!
