This is by far one of the worst hospitals I’ve been to. Although I’m not a patient but seem to be here often because of my husband, I will never recommend this hospital to anyone. Right now I’m hoping to talk to him about switching hospitals period. How can a patient spend all day in an ER without being feed, then to be admitted just to seat for another 3 hours to be transported to the room. That’s highly ridiculous. RecommendedAttentive and compassionate team of nurses on 5th and 7th floor of the Rutland Nursing Home, also Mrs. Mara from 4th floor is the great manager/person, she is always helpful. Only bad experience from Administrative coordinator, her name is Miss Amy, she is very rude,unprofessional, takes advantage on people by using her position. She is on 4th floor, room 1400). Ive made complaint to Health Department regarding her behavior, hopefully they will take an action.

Brookdale is the WORSE ! My dad is in a vegetated state cannot move talk or walk . He was taken out of ICU and placed on a regular floor w a roommate . The Nurses’ on the floor attitudes were disgusting and they are insensitive, no compassion whatsoever.
The admitting supervisor (Ennis) is a racist pig , unfit to interact with human beings .
