1.12.26 edit - I was sad to see Mindy leave but SO grateful that Andreia Mitchell is the newest Executive Director of Holiday Lane Estates. Andreia is doing a FABULOUS job and the best director yet. She cares more about the residents than any of the others and has a great team working with her. And I want to commend the Kitchen Director also - I don't know her name. My mom lived at Holiday Lane for 3 years. In that time, there were 3 different directors, numerous staff turn overs and the corporate company changed as well. Unfortunately, the new company’s district supervisor is rude and there was poor communication between the staff regarding my mom’s medication and care. The rates went up 8% this year with no written communication. Also, Beware of the $2000 non refundable community fee!! We've been very happy with the care provided at Holiday Lane Estates. The staff are kind, compassionate, patient and efficient. My mom has lived there over 2 years and feels safe and at home. We highly recommend Holiday Lane Estates for loved ones in need of assistance and requiring their own private space
6.1.24 edit - I am convinced that Mindy is now in the role in which she excels and is doing all she can for the residents regardless of the SilverCare corporate's "money is all that matters" mindset. I've also gotten great feedback from my Mother that KoKo is very kind and my Mother said she sees why the aides have a lot of respect for her.
