I have been team Brookdale Highlands for yrs in have . I work with some very awesome team members and very compassion caring. Brookdale Highlands is my second family love all my team members and my Residence in Clare Bridge and ALF
I joined he Brookdale Highlands Team in May of this year and it has been the prefect fit. The associates are all wonderful and so centered on the residents such a nice change to see in the work place. Brookdale Highlands becomes a true home for our residents with daily activities, outings and events at our community our residents have a higher quality of life.
Brookdale Highlands is an awesome place to work.! They have a caring staff who work hard to care for the residents they have been entrusted with.
If you have someone you care about do not put them there. The food is sorry they have had 6 directors in 5 months also they thru my mom's belongings out before we could come to get get them and she had passed away 3 days earlier. She went in the hospital on her birthday not expecting to live and they had birthday balloons on her chair that afternoon.
