After working at Highlands for 6 years I recently resigned from being the AL Programs Coordinator. I was given a correction action after canceling a trip to the Strawberry Festival due to the recent Covid-19 outbreak. I put my residents health and safety first and Area Director Tracy Deal and Executive Director Brooke Britton wrote me up because of it. Great community. Wonderful management and training time. i would highly recommend family to come for care and assistant living and care for dementia and Alzheimer's which is where I work love my job and the people I work with and the family i have encounters with through one on one or passing by.
