The care we give our residents is the best you can ask for.. We Love them and Care about them which is HARD to find anywhere! Our priority is our Residents and What’s best for Them. We are there when no one else is. We have a bond that is unbreakable and not understood by most. We are family
Here we go again. The care for my 89 year old grandfather in the dementia ward is straight up NEGLECTFUL at Brookdale in Claremore. This place is awful, and lazy and putting my grandfathers life in jeopardy just by him being there. Unfortunately, I have zero say over what happens to him or where he goes. I have worked at Brookdale Senior living Claremore for over six years. We are a community woven by Love care and strength. Our mission statement and cornerstones we live by every single day.
Today was moving out day for our loved one. While in their care he received a staph infection which led to his toe being amputated. Understaffed and under qualified.
This community is so beautiful and staff are amazing. They have associates that have been here for years and are so personable and love the residents.The food is great and both cooks Helen and Teri do a fantastic job. The resident get great care and always have some type of resident program they can participate in. We looked at other places before going to Brookdale and never found the caring people that are there. My wife as been there almost 3 years and she feels at home there, When she first got there it was Sterling House but became Brookdale soon after.The place is very clean and the food is great and enough of it, the activities are great and they do something all the time.
