New Management. Some new staff. Poor communication with residents and family members. Not happy with Services provided.
I was very impressed with the staff of this facility. After scheduling an appointment within 24 hours, Fran took plenty of time getting to know us and our situation before showing us the facility. The building is nice and clean (as much as it can be given the age and physical needs of the residents), although it looks a little dated from the outside.
