I absolutely love the services at Smiles of Cary. From checking in, hygiene, MD care, checking out and billing. Here, all services are always top notch. I have been going here almost 8 years and really can not say that I have had a bad experience!
I’ve been a patient since 2018-2019. I’m probably like a lot who absolutely despise going to the dentist. It hurts. Something always goes on (cavities, root canal, etc) that makes it dreadful to go. Yes I brush 2x a day I’m just dealt a bad hand with teeth. I can honestly say, this is the BEST dentist I have ever gone to. I’ve been to many. Dr. Lee is the absolute best. Compassionate. I love Dr. Lee. He's a great dentist. All the staff members are friendly and efficient. I am moving to Carrboro, but will still be going down to see Dr.Lee. ONE suggestion. I no longer drive and use Go Cary and. they gave us a 30 minute window for pick-up, and if your office is closing for lunch or at the end of the day, I have to wait outside in often very hot or very cold weather. It would be great to have a small bench outside for us older folks, Standing at the age 84 for a long time is challenging. Thanks
Excellent dental care and wonderful dental hygienist. The front desk personnel are efficient and kind.
