As we had a problem with previous dentist, we asked our doctors in different area where they go for a dentist. Sure enough Smiles of Cary was popping right up. So far, we are happy about our decision/change as Dr. Lee always tells the big picture before going into detail -- not the way adding more procedures using "by the way" terms. The staff have always been consistent in their care. They always give their best, been with smiles of Cary for almost twenty years and they always deliver good service.
The staff always have excellent reception and follow-up. All hygienists are always professional and very helpful. This time Raghd was my hygienist, and she did a great professional superior job.
The dental hygienist was friendly and very thorough. Dr. Lee talked to me about some upcoming work that I will need and explained everything in detail. He was also very personable and caring.
Went for my quarterly cleaning and they used a new airflow cleaning device that was super gentle and got 15 years of stains off! This is the cleanest my teeth have ever been and the whole cleaning was gentle and painless.
I have very limited jaw opening. These folks do a wonderful job working with that. Outstanding service!
I’m have been going to this clinic for more than 8 years. They are amazing and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Lee is very friendly and respectful. Always explains your concerns and gives you your options. The place is very clean and the team is diverse!
If the 1st visit is how they are, I would give 100. Very nice and friendly, made me feel welcomed.
