The staff always have excellent reception and follow-up. All hygienists are always professional and very helpful. This time Raghd was my hygienist, and she did a great professional superior job.
The dental hygienist was friendly and very thorough. Dr. Lee talked to me about some upcoming work that I will need and explained everything in detail. He was also very personable and caring.
Went for my quarterly cleaning and they used a new airflow cleaning device that was super gentle and got 15 years of stains off! This is the cleanest my teeth have ever been and the whole cleaning was gentle and painless.
I have very limited jaw opening. These folks do a wonderful job working with that. Outstanding service!
I’m have been going to this clinic for more than 8 years. They are amazing and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Lee is very friendly and respectful. Always explains your concerns and gives you your options. The place is very clean and the team is diverse!
If the 1st visit is how they are, I would give 100. Very nice and friendly, made me feel welcomed.

I’ve been using this office for a few years-not having dental insurance I use their in-house plan. Instead of using the old polishing method they have a modern machine using air and water to polish. No more nasty tasting polishing paste. While I feel I got a better cleaning 6 months ago by a different dental hygienist-I’m not too upset. But my one real criticism is the plan went up and I was not told prior to the appointment. So that $ wasn’t budgeted for. But again I do really like it here and will continue to keep going.
During my semi-annual appt, as usual, the entire staff of Smiles of Cary were outstanding and pleasant as usual. As someone who has dental anxiety, they always make me feel relax and calm. My dental hygenist took her time and explained everything in detail. I experienced NO pain during the cleaning! Dr. Lee is absolutely the best!! Anyone looking for a place for a great dental experience, Smiles of Cary is that place!
