Karen presented as extremely anxious. After a two hour procedure that involved pain, it's not ideal to have to interact with someone so easily stressed. More importantly, when I would ask for things I need for HSA, she kept repeating the phrase,"If it would make you feel better." In the context of a woman presenting as anxious and difficult, saying such s phrase seems negative and condescending. Skilled doctor and dentist assistants. Dr. Bancroft and her assistants are caring and the office staff are friendly and professional. Nice, clean, and updated office. I am very happy as a patient and feel less apprehensive about going to the dentist since going to Carmel Valley Dental.
A great visit with Dr. Bancroft. There was a minor misunderstanding at the front desk regarding payment, as I was told I would need my care credit card in order to pull up my account. This surprised me, so I called care credit the following day. They explained the dentist should have known that any care credit account can be pulled up with a social security number. Regardless of this confusion, it was still a great visit.
Excellent first impression. An extremely kind, helpful and incredibly warm greeting via the phone and when I showed up for my appointment. Dr Bancroft and her assistant were also very warm and kind.
The office is well organized and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly

Dr Bancroft was excellent, and called me to follow-up. This was the first time a dentist has ever done this, and speaks volumes concerning their great customer service!
Everyone was friendly and I had a great experience with my cleaning.
Everyone is so professional. Irene is fantastic and she is so thorough with her exams. It is top notch dental care. Every single person working here is very qualified and excellent in what they do. Dr. Bancroft is a wonderful dentist.
