Brookdale Alamo Heights is a great place to work and live! As a staff member, I enjoy coming to work and love the residents. All of the staff get along well and take pride in the care we give the residents. We would be happy to assist your loved ones and provide excellent care.
My aunt is here and we have battled for months to have adequate care. The majority of the staff is wonderful and loving but the head nurse Monica is worthless. Unfortunately my aunt is in her final stages of life and all dignity has been taken away. Please do not trust them with your loved one.
Exceptional staff wonderful activities during the holiday season
It was OK but they lack communication skills among their co workers and they always work short staff and Luke to get rid if the decent and the hard workers.they need to be looked into seriously.not a bad place to work tho.
I loved Brookdale at Alamo Heights. I cared for my father at home until He was too sick for me to care for. At Brookdale he was treated respectfully and kindly. He was always clean snd shaved and his room was clean. He loved the Nurses Aid that cared for him daily. The staff was friendly and caring and always greeted my family warmly and kindly. They cried with me when he died. I could not have asked for a better experience.
I work for an agency, but my client is in rehab here. Friendly atmosphere. Staff is helpful.
