QUIET ENVIROMENT I been living here 4 months and is very quiet is pet friendly so that is a plus for me . office ladies are friendly and try to help you out with whatever u need . maintance comes the same day to fix what needs to be fixed love staying here will be renewing my lease again
Best place on Fondren People in the southwest, come take a look at Brookbend, this is a nice place it is convenient, on the bus line, close to the grocery store, bank, fast food, and for me nail saloons. The maintenance is very good, the office people are nice, reasonable rent price. They have a kids club that is totally free they keep the kids busy. A for AWESOME!!!! since I moved in last year I've had nothing but wonderful experiences the manager is absolutely amazing and Stephanie is the next best thing to slice bread. the upkeep of the apts is really good they pick up my trash from my door like 3 times a week maintenance man of the year needs to go to Fernando he's a all around fix it man. I will most definitely be renewing my lease. I'm in absolute bliss over here.
Very unprofessional and rude I was approved for a apartment with a cosigner for move in for June 3. My lights, mail and everything else was being transferred and I get a call saying they made a mistake and I should not been approved...well I have been calling for almost a month after you took my deposit and I paid 2 application fees. I call to see when will they refund all the money I give them they had the nerve to hang up in my face. Awesome I love my apartment. The ladies in the office are so helpful and always consistent. Any maintenance issues I have get taken care of right away. All my neighbors are either very nice and friendly or keep to themselves and the property is much cleaner than any other property I've lived in!!!! I have been living here for a couple months now and I really really really like it!!! Its close to everything I need. I will definately be renewing my lease!!! :D
Brookbend Apartment I love this apartment, because the manager has always worked with me since I moved in March 31, 2015. My apartment space is 451 square feet and have designed it with some nice and colorful accents, I just wish I can upload some pictures to show how colorful it turned out. The management are friendly and have fixed everything I asked them to do. What I also love about this apartment is that they pick up my trash three times a week.
love it I plan on moving there simply cause they are trustworthy , clean, very professional , and friendly . . God bless them
security my apartment do not provide security for the renters. items and cars are park at owner risk. utility bill is so high. when you lost variable goods they don't help to search for it. they wont ever call the police. untied environment, insect everywhere in the apartment.
Neat and clean I just moved here and I love the atmosphere. The lawn is very neat and clean. It's very quite like I like it. There's a lotof older folks here so I think it's safe.
