After 40 years at Brook West, the service remains outstanding!!
I saw someone new for the first time and he was excellent and easy to talk to and explained everything he did along the way.
The Brook west Family Dentistry team is fabulous. Great job calming my daughter who has never had any major dental work done. She was nervous to have a tooth pulled. They were wonderful and her experience was great.
Wonderful! I had not been to the dentist in a while and I had a pleasant experience with the hygienist, Dr. Smith, and the receptionists.
Great experience. G was very professional and caring. He saw that I was having some back pain and offered a back support to make me more comfortable. My only complaint is that I had scheduled my appt with the understanding I was seeing Dr Wong. However, I was informed that he was out for continuing education. Seems like a miscommunication with scheduler.

From the treatment coordinator to the DA and the dentist, everything was very positive. It was everything I could expect in the "fun" realm of going to the dentist.
Professional, respectful interactions and care from the reception desk to the chair and back again- from start to finish.
