I am happy to have found Brook West dentistry. Everyone is polite and accommodating and they are great about working with you when your insurance has run out. Dr. Hastings is wonderful and kind and Dr. Rahimi is fast and efficient. We will always take care of our teeth needs at brook west.

This appointment was for "deep cleaning"--specifically targeted in the lower left side. Fatima, the hygienist in charge of this procedure, was both personable and articulate. She approached the work with conscientious attention. During the course of the appointment, she would check frequently to see if I was doing all right. She also explained the need for thorough hygiene, always important to be reminded of this. As always, I was satisfied and pleased with the care I received at Brook West.
Dr. Wong and his entire staff are excellent!! Tremendous service, and everyone is very polite and friendly. Best dental exp I ever had! Plus got a free SonicCare toothbrush!! I would highly recommend Dr. Wong & team at Brook West!
The entire organization is seamlessly run and the staff are excellent at taking care of the patients needs. They went out of there way to get some emergency work done for me and I am forever grateful.

Brook West is my safe place for dental care. I am usually a little nervous going to the dentist for any reason, but these wonderful people have proven to me that they can take care of my teeth, my gums, and my whole being. They make sure you are okay, that you are without pain, they listen to you, they watch for any sign of discomfort. I find myself relaxing to the point where my tongue forgets there's dental work going on inside my mouth. I am healthier, confident, and I smile more!

This appointment was a perfunctory unplanned one--due to a loosened and fallen crown. I received specific attention for the situation. The crown was cemented in, and I was food that it may or may not last, which I expected. I appreciated the work--not having to replace the crown immediately. As always, Dr, Smith and his assistant were graciously efficiently and personable. I have been a patient or Dr. Smith and Brook Wear for a very long time and always feel confident in the care I receive.
