I have been going to Brook Run vision for more years than I care to admit, called to get annual eye exam and was told that the appointments are scheduled out more than a month because they started accepting more insurance plans. Don’t accept the plans if you cannot take care of clients in a reasonable amount of time.
RecommendedI have been going to Dr. Peters for years. I can’t even remember how long. He has always spent a great deal of time, working with me in creative ways to enable me to see my best while remaining with contacts. I highly recommend him and Brook Run Vision in general. The only times I have encountered delays or anything other than excellent service was when they were extremely busy or I was dealing with a new employee, just learning their job.

I love this place!!! Dr Gray is professional, friendly and he listens to you. I love the customer service I received from Floyd. He works-the eye glass department and presents to you all of your options. He explains them patiently. He speaks to everyone waiting to make sure they are taken care of and gives exemplary customer service. I won’t go to anyone else. Five Stars..
Good selection and very good service. I am a repeat customer of about 6 years.
We signed in and the lady announced that we were there for glasses. We sat and waited and waited. They kept taking others before us. Right before we left, the gentleman had a customer and the other techs all walked off the floor leaving us sitting after waiting for 30 minutes. I did call and complain but I wouldn't waste my time there. We drove out of our way to get glasses only to be ignored.
