I came in yesterday seeking help adjusting a pair of glasses that has been giving me headaches for months. Tim was so meticulous and helpful, even letting me come back again later in the day for additional tweaks. The result is something I've never experienced in my 25 years of wearing glasses: my glasses stay on my face, don't squeeze or hurt, AND don't get eyelash smears on the lenses. This is a great shop. Justine and Tim were very helpful in finding some colorful frames for me to try. They were entirely transparent about pricing and recommended lenses/features. I love the selection here, they have many wide frames to fit a big head like mine - those are hard to come by! I'll definitely be returning.
Very convenient and fast. I was able to get a simple screw replacement on my glasses free of charge.
