Just moved into a new home and needed the locks changed. There were multiple locks each with its own key. I called them @ 4:45 tonight they had a locksmith at my house in 30 min. Santa Ana Lock And Key is fantastic! Prompt, honest, totally chill. I moved into my new apartment a month ago and the locks were pretty crappy to begin with so when my key stopped working consistently, I called Santa Ana Lock And Key. It ended up being a little more work than he and I thought, but he was prepared to handle it. Excellent service and my cat loved him too! Mike from Santa Ana Lock And Key was amazing. He was professional, friendly, and did the whole lock change in like 15 minutes. He talked to me throughout changing my locks, and explained everything to me as he was doing it. He told me funny anecdotes about his work, and really just brought a huge smile to my face. My roommate and I accidentally locked ourselves out of our apartment when we were in a rush - after calling many different locksmiths, we decided to go with Mike because his pricing was much more reasonable. He came quickly (even though we are in brooklyn) and unlocked our door in less than five minutes! Overall, exceptional service, very fair pricing, and a good experience despite our silly situation. I wanted a more secure lock on my door, and Dave provided me with a range of options with a full explanation of each one -- so much better than the other locksmiths I called, who basically gave me one-word, non-negotiable answers. AM STAYING AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS IN THE FUTURE; VERY, VERY POOR CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION: Since February, I’ve been trying to resolve a financial paperwork matter with Santa Ana Lock & Key after major repair work in Feb. 2016. Repeated attempts to contact a supervisor who can resolve the issue have not worked. A visit to the listed website address shows the business is not even located there. Next time there’s a lock/key issue, I’ll work with a business that at least tries to communicate with its customers.
