This hospital is as bad as its counterpart in Battle Creek. I would not take an animal there to be treated. The ER was filthy, and I don’t mean just not picked up, I mean filthy as in dried fecal matter on the walls of the restroom, litter, and clear signs of lack of cleaning everywhere. People literally passed out on the floor unattended. I have been treated at Borgess and saw NONE of the issues I witnessed at Bronson. Hospital very good experiences . Billing not so much. I have always been prompt in paying my bills WHEN I RECEIVE THEM. but evidently even though they said they sent three i received not one. Now I have to pay a debt collector because they will not send a bill....... like in the first place. My advice is to demand a Bill if you don't get a notification in the first week.

Two days ago I completed a full hip replacement performed by Dr. Roehr, with a overnight stay at Bronson Hospital in Kalamazoo. I rate them as absolutely outstanding Everyone on staff did a great job and was very pleasant to work with. I’ve had several procedures with overnight stays in other hospitals but this was absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had.
