Been sitting here for three hours in excruciating pain. Haven’t seen the doctor and I’ve only seen my nurse once. Knew I should’ve driven to Kalamazoo per usual.
Nursing staff was competent, knowledgeable, and so very empathetic. They always had time to answer my questions and make sure I was comfortable. The physical therapist was always cheerful and positive, and made sure that I knew what to do. Facilities were clean and in good order, the nutrition staff are good people who serve good food, there is literally nothing negative I have to say about my experience after a total right knee replacement. WORSE VISIT EVER!!!! Broke my little figure on my hand...Dr came in for 30 seconds before the exray then I never seen him again, the exray tech was rough and poor bedside manor...and the nurse was very rough putting splint on finger and was very rude!!!! They gave me 1 ibuprophin and told me sent me on my way with no prescriptions or care. My finger is now swelled up twice the size it should be and turning black and blue and I cannot move it. I am way worse off now than I was going in!!!
I’ve had some extensive medical issues up to this point in my short life (31 years). I’ve been in and out of ERs and had many surgeries and many experiences with different hospitals, big and small. I love this ER. Everyone is very nice and treated me with respect and dignity. If I could do more stars I honestly would the surgery department today was honestly so amazing! They went above and beyond what they needed to do for my daughter! I have nothing but good things to say about this hospital the surgery department at least and the nurses and the doctors that were on staff in the surgery Department today I just want to thank you all so much for my experience!��
Did such an amazing job. Amazing doctor and fantastic nurses � Way better then the last time i was there.
Was there for severe back pain after taken to my room was left with no pillow or blanket for over a hour! No nurse came to check on me, finally I sent my husband out the nurse came and said" we didn't forget about you!!" Really?? It seems that staff like to laugh and visit this place is a joke!! The Dr was fine and nice but the wait is always horrible!! I used to be a bronson employee this service is not acceptable and I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!! Management needs to make some BIG changes! Totally disappointed!!!
