RecommendedI’d like to recognize the nurses and PCAs that took such great care of me after my surgery. A.M and David made sure I was up every 3 hours for meds and vitals on the night shift. To Elizabeth and the ever cheerful Claire, I wish I could of spent more time with you on the day shift! You all were AMAZING! Thank you all!

Referring to the Specialty Care unit (6th floor). The unit is understaffed and the patients needs are not being met in a timely manner, if at all! When the call light is turned on..and your mother is waiting almost an hour before she is even looked in on, there is a problem! Not to mention we just spoke to the staff about this problem earlier today!

Very disappointed that I entrusted my college age son with Bronson to help him when he had a broken collar bone while I was 2 1/2 hours away. Not only would they not allow him to look at his own xrays, there was no Doctor to exam him and provided him only with a sling he could have bought at a pharmacy; Apparently they want a parent that is 2 1/2 hours away to wait for approval to release their xrays before showing them to someone is 20 years old before getting accurate information.
