Absolutely terrible experience with Bronson Emergency Room, sat for 5 hours to not even be seen or acknowledged by anyone with them stating he needed to be seen due to his previous health issues. We will not be back and will make a drive to Grand Rapids or another hospital before even attempting them again.
RecommendedSamantha was very helpful with me and getting me ready for my appendix surgery. Her IV insertion was perfect and she was on top of it. One of the best ones I came across ❤️
VERY disappointed to see several of your employees saying this virus is a hoax, they think the governors executive order on masks is unconstitutional etc!! Hard to feel safe coming in to the hospital or getting lab work when your employees are obviously not following safe COVID guidelines when they leave work for the day.
even if the governor of Michigan has said in a statement that as of Wednesday of this week that hospitals can allow one visitor in the rooms to see family and friends that are in the hospital they still are going against the governor's orders all they care about is themselves and even if the patient doesn't really understand or knows what questions to ask they still do not understand or care. I am usually a big fan of Bronson but after this I'm seriously thinking about switching to borgess.
Recommendedi usually am a big fan of Bronson..but when a hospital doesn't follow it's own written policies that bothers me. My wife had to go into the hospital tonight..and was having a very difficult time standing and not fainting...even though their signage clearly states that 1 visitor is allowed when a patient has mobility and communication issues..they still did not allow me to go in with her..even after showing them their own policy.

My stay there was surprisingly relaxing. even though visitors weren't allowed due to the COVID ordeal, the nurses, doctors, therapists, and all others involved were extremely caring ,understanding, and very professional. I would recommend Bronson in Kalamazoo to anyone.
