RecommendedWe were on vacation when my husband suffered severe chest pain which turned out to be blood clots in his lungs. The staff were amazing! From the ER to the room on the floor we worked with incredible people who are the best at caring for their patients!

I received a letter letting me know I needed to schedule a Mammogram.. well, scheduling anything is nearly impossible! I have tried for days to get a person, and all I have gotten is frustrated! I have emailed, left messages and voice mails and nothing. No one can help me schedule an appointment, great job Bronson! I just wish I could go else well. If I had to schedule a doctor visit through central scheduling, I would definitely go elsewhere!

I will never bring myself or my son to this hospital again. Nurses are rude, and have no respect for their patients. Not only that, they make mistakes and then joke like it was funny. They put on my admittance papers I was putting my son up for adoption when I told them I was keeping my son. That would only be one example. I am absolutely disgusted with the service I have gotten every time I’ve visited.

Absolutely terrible experience with Bronson Emergency Room, sat for 5 hours to not even be seen or acknowledged by anyone with them stating he needed to be seen due to his previous health issues. We will not be back and will make a drive to Grand Rapids or another hospital before even attempting them again.
